He works exclusively in this space, representing HVAC, plumbing, and other home service and specialty trades companies through the confidential process of selling their business.
Jason knows the buyers in this market, understands how they think, and knows how to build a competitive process that delivers results. He delivers above-market valuations and outcomes that reflect what sellers actually care about, whether that's the number at closing, the future of their employees, or both.
He is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and represents business owners across the country.

Florencia manages the operational and marketing functions across every NorthBase engagement. She oversees buyer outreach and communication, coordinates meetings, and manages the due diligence process to keep each transaction on schedule. She also builds the CIM used to market each business. Her work keeps engagements organized and moving, from initial buyer contact through closing.
