Jason Hoff is the Founder and Managing Partner of NorthBase Capital, where he serves as General Partner of the firm’s real estate and Bitcoin investment strategy.

Jason has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, advising business owners and investors on complex transactions and long-term capital decisions. Prior to founding NorthBase, he served as a Partner and M&A Advisor with Apogee Equity Partners. During his tenure, Jason led and advised on numerous transactions in the home services and construction sectors, primarily working with companies generating $5 million or more in annual revenue.

His background in M&A shapes how NorthBase is built and managed with an emphasis on long-term value creation. Jason approaches NorthBase as a platform, not a single deal, applying institutional thinking to acquisition strategy, capital structure, and investor alignment.

Jason is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and invests alongside NorthBase partners.
