Jason Hoff is the Founder and Managing Partner of NorthBase.

​

Jason has over 20 years of experience representing business owners through confidential M&A processes. Prior to founding NorthBase, he served as a Partner and M&A Advisor with Apogee Equity Partners, where he led transactions in the home services and construction sectors, working with companies generating between $2 - $50 Million in annual revenue.

Outside of M&A, Jason manages NorthBase Capital, a private real estate investment fund focused on university rental properties in Colorado.

He is based in Fort Collins, Colorado and represents companies nationwide.
