Jason Hoff is the Founder and Managing Partner of NorthBase.

Jason has spent over 20 years advising home services and specialty contractor businesses through one of the most consequential decisions a business owner will ever make. He works exclusively in this space, representing HVAC, plumbing, and other home service companies through the confidential process of selling their business.

Jason knows the buyers in this market, understands how they think, and knows how to build a competitive process that delivers results. He delivers above-market valuations and outcomes that reflect what sellers actually care about, whether that's the number at closing, the future of their employees, or both.

Outside of M&A, Jason manages NorthBase Capital, a private real estate investment fund focused on university rental properties in Colorado.

He is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and represents business owners across the country.
